Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and AsianLove when you use this website. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who can use AsianLove
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be legally allowed to use a dating service in the country where you live.
- You may have one account, and it must be about you.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@asianlove.online if you think someone else has used it.
3. What you post
You keep ownership of your photos, text and voice recordings. By posting them you give us permission to store and show them on AsianLove so the service can work. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
You promise that what you post is yours to post, is truthful, and follows our community guidelines.
4. What is not allowed
- Pretending to be someone else or using photos of another person.
- Harassing, threatening or deceiving other members.
- Asking members for money or promoting products or services.
- Posting nudity, sexual content, or anything illegal.
- Collecting information about members, or using automated tools on the site.
- Trying to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
5. Moderation
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, or that put other members at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why. You can ask us to review a decision by writing to support@asianlove.online.
6. Other members
We do not run background checks, and we cannot guarantee that what members say about themselves is true. You are responsible for your own decisions when talking to or meeting other people. Please follow our safety tips.
7. Price
AsianLove is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, the price and what it includes will be shown clearly before you pay, and these terms will be updated.
8. Availability
We work to keep the site running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features.
9. Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, AsianLove is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for the behaviour of members on or off the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
10. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time under Account. We may close accounts as described in section 5.
11. Changes to these terms
If we make important changes we will tell you on the site or by email before they take effect. If you keep using AsianLove after that, you accept the new terms.
12. Law
AsianLove is operated from Norway, and these terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
