Child safety standards
AsianLove is for adults only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms or endangers a minor.
Our rules
- Members must be 18 or older. Everyone gives their date of birth when they join, and accounts under 18 are refused.
- No children in photos. Photos that show a child are removed, even innocent family photos, so that no child's image is shared on a dating site.
- No sexual content involving minors, ever. This includes images, text, links, role play and any request for such material.
- No grooming. Trying to contact, befriend or arrange to meet a minor, or asking a member to put you in touch with one, is forbidden.
How we prevent it
- Every photo is checked before or shortly after it appears, and photos can be reported one by one.
- Video introductions are reviewed by our team before other members can see them.
- Messages with banned words, mass messages and other suspicious activity are blocked or flagged automatically.
- Any profile can be reported with the reason Underage. These reports are reviewed first.
What we do when we find it
- The account is suspended at once and the content is removed.
- Evidence is preserved as the law requires and reported to the relevant authorities, such as the police in the member's country and national child-protection hotlines.
- People who break these rules are banned permanently and cannot open a new account.
How to report
- On a profile: open the menu and choose Report, then Underage or Other.
- On a photo: open it full screen and choose Report this photo.
- By email: write to support@asianlove.online. Reports about children are read first.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency number straight away.
